PropertyPhotoVideo uses Paddle as its merchant of record for purchases processed through Paddle. Payments, billing, cancellations, and refunds for those transactions are subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms, refund policy, and mandatory consumer law.

Consumer Refund Rights

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase and receive a refund under applicable law. Where local consumer protection law grants unconditional withdrawal or cancellation rights, those rights apply and will override this policy to the extent required by law.

For certain digital content and service purchases, applicable statutory withdrawal periods may vary depending on your country and purchase type. Paddle's refund policy provides for different consumer withdrawal periods in different jurisdictions, including 14-day, 7-day, and 5-day periods in certain cases.

Subscriptions

Digital Content and Service Exception

Where permitted by applicable law, a statutory withdrawal right may not apply once digital content or digital services have started to be downloaded, streamed, accessed, or used, including where the customer has consented to immediate access or performance as required by law.

To request a refund, exercise any applicable withdrawal right, or manage or cancel your subscription, please use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email, the support link in your receipt or billing page, or Paddle's refund request channel. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, or if you validly exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right, the refund will be processed using the same payment method where possible and within the time period required by Paddle's policy or applicable law.

Fraud, Abuse, and Product Issues

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior. Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have in relation to products or services that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose. If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect, please contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
